Mapping Sephardic and Mizrahi Life in the U.S.

Education after October 7 is the first book examining how the October 7, 2023 attacks reshaped teaching and learning about Israel in the Jewish diaspora. Drawing on quantitative, qualitative, and ethnographic research in schools and camps, it explores the experiences of learners, parents, and educators and offers new educational models for the future of Jewish and Israel education.
Rethinking Israel Education in a Time of Crisis

This report analyzes the impact of October 7 on Jewish communities and schools worldwide, highlighting rising antisemitism, shifting identity and ties to Israel, pressure on educators, and enrollment changes. It identifies urgent opportunities to strengthen Jewish education and resilience.
Responding to Urgent Challenges

This study offers the clearest portrait to date of the non-Haredi contemporary rabbinate and rabbinic pipeline in the United States. By illuminating both the lived realities of today’s rabbis and the pathways shaping future leadership, the findings identify key leverage points to strengthen the rabbinic pipeline and sustain Jewish life for decades to come.
